Quite a number of management and professional activities would like to rely on a a very simply view of how things should be organised and operate in a very clear, linear and straightforward way.
There is nothing wrong with this ambition, the only thing is that when it comes to real-life implementation, life is more diverse and it is definitely non-linear.
In a way, the nature of management is also non-linear and non-structured. It is a creative and analytical process.
